Oil Cooler/Filter Relocation Kit Question
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with these type of kits or know if it would drastically reduce the oil pressure going to the turbo in a turbo setup that would/could hurt the turbo... I live in Florida and the summer is coming and it doesnt go bellow 85 here... So heat is an issue...
TIA

Re: (Boosted96EK)
I live in fla too!!
Never had a problem so far with heat (as far as temp gauge/egt is concerned)
But I think the heat from the tubro is killing my slave cylinder, after I drive for like a half hour, shifting starts to become impossible.
I have been tossing the idea around of an oil cooler for the tranny. I picked up an old trans cooler from a junk yard, just haven't done anything with it yet.
