Oil Block adaptors

Oil Block adaptors
Just wondering whether a oil sandwich plate for Defi oil and pressure sensors from another car (any) will fit my 99 SI?
i live in the uk and no-one sells them over here.

If your running a line for your turbo feed, then I'd recommend feeding it off the stock oil pressure sensor location. I've heard too many horror stories about the sandwhich plate adapters and it would be a lot easier. Just t-off the block and run the line off one part of the t to the turbo and thread in the stock oil pressure sensor to the other part of the t

really? i've heard things the other way around... i've heard of those T's putting too much torque on the threads in the block from all the vibration and breaking off. i'd stick with a sandwich for piece of mind.

i have personally have to dealt with 2 T fittings breaking and leaving the threaded part of the t inside the block... with no part sticking out... real nice to get them out without the right tools
sandwich plates are as good as the materials they are done with... never seen an golden eagle one break still thank god, have seen many cheap ones break

What kind of horror stories, all I have heard was the brass fittings sometimes hit the oil filter.
