Hey bud....its easy.
Get a OBDII to OBDI conversion harness.
Unplug your obd2 ecu and take it out. Plug the wires into the conversion harness, then get the wires from the conversion harness and plug them into the obd1 ecu. Its just plug and play.

all you have to do is:
1) buy the OBDIIB to OBDI conversion harness.
2) get the OBDI ecu chipped to a DOHC VTEC program.
3) plug it in and let the car idle to adjust itself.
thats's it.

bottlefed13 is correct. I did this on my car.
Make sure to get the OBD2B to OBD1 harness though because they changed it on 00 and 01 cars. Evasive Motorports sells for $60 bux.
I recommend a OBD1 P72 or P28 ECU and make sure to get a base map on the Hondata chip because it won't even start otherwise.
You will likely want to get new injectors and clips for da boost.
Also, keep your original ECU and injectors to swap back when it's time to pass emissions.
