obd1 conversion help, no spark
It must be the crank sensor, but regardless, my car i working now so thread over,
thanks again everyone for your help
More then welcome. Happy to hear your car is up and running. There is something to keep in mind. If your willing and have the patience and know how. I highly recommend that you go to a junk yard " PicknPull " and find a stock Obd1 harness and clip the ECU harness as far back as possible. You have the layout of what goes to where if you follow your conversion harness. A friends car that i built a while back, he did a conversion harness, and no matter how hard you try, the pins seem to just snap off the back of the pin plate. " not fun when you break down 100miles away from home cause of a electrical problem" . . . Anyway, If you have some soldering knowledge, i would hard wire an Obd1 harness in. I will post a diag. of some stuff to make it easier and on paper for you too. watch for next post if interested.
