where can i find that reducer?

So i don't make another topic, what if i built a 3" downpipe that reduced to a 2.5" at the flange?

The reducer is a flowmaster unit from summit racing. Why would you want to do a 3 --> 2.5". The only reason we do the upper downpipe portion in 2.5" is so it easily clear the a/c compressor. If your cat and exhaust system is 2.5" I would just do a 2.5" downpipe.

I already have some nice 3" tubing laying around that i can use. I plan on a 3" downpipe, then have it connect to a flange with the reducer, then to a flex pipe, then to my cat. Should i just delete the cat with the Flex pipe? I still need a way of putting a cat on though for emissions...

Its DEI silcone high temp paint and holds up extremly well. We were tig welding some pipe that had been painted and even within 2-3mm of the white hot molten metal the paint remained intact. If it burns off its no big deal.

find me a girl to break my heart, then I'll go to LA again heheheh LOL...

I used 2.5" from the turbo, then as soon as it clears AC compressor about 3" form the turbo, I flared it to 3" all the way back...
