idle- 20-25 vac AND 20-25 oil pressure (autometer gauges for boost and oil pressure)

what should vac be at or does it not really matter? sometimes its more than others, its ussually right at 20

 

your vac is fine vac should be between 18-25 varies from motor to motor..... your oil pressure is that warm at idle right? if so its good and normal should be about 70-80psi...

yeah the oil pressure when its at 20-25 is at warm idle. what do you mean 70-80psi?

 

your oil pressure is fine. when your up in the rpms a bit your oil pressure should be around 75.

 

what kinda oil are you using guys? im using 5w-30

yea under load u should be up there in psi

in the race car, we use royal purple racing 41.

in my street cars ive always used castrol gtx 10-40 or 10-30
