noob question high flow cat (searched)

Default noob question high flow cat (searched)

ok HT, prolly another stupid question. im thinkin i want to get a carsound high flow cat from kteller. 1 what flange do i get? the 2 or 3 bolt? 2. how many o2 bungs will i need in the cat? one, two or none? i do have hondata s200b and this is on an 01 integra ls.

1) for clearance get the 2-bolt.

2) Do you have an O2 in the downpipe? You should need one O2 in the downpipe close to the turbo, and the second on the "clean" side of the cat, for the OBDII "catalyst efficiency threshhold" crap.

but since im running hondata s200, shouldn't i only need one oxygen sensor since hondata is obd1?

yep, but if you ever return to stock and put the stock ECU in it, it'd be convienent to have that extra bung. Unless of course you just put the stock exhaust back on.
