Default High flow cat question

I have a 95 gsr obd1 soon to put on jdm 4-1 header with a 2.5 high flow cat. I bought a cat with two o2 bungs ( one is before the cat comb and the other is after the cat comb) I know all i need is two o2 bung. One is on the header and i just need one on the cat.
My question is that which o2 bung can i use or soppose to use and how do i plug up the other one. thanks

i believe it's the o2 bung after the honey comb of the cat (towards the end) is what you use.

Well on a stock 94-95 gsr the o2 goes in the cat before the comb.

Theres also a bung right before the collector on the jdm 4-1. I ordered the cat w/o any bungs because all you need is the one in the collector.

Stick it at the collector or before the cat. But not after.

yeap, you are wrong. just replaced my cat on my odb1 gsr this weekend. it is before the "honey comb" on the cat.

and if you are searching for a plug, check out the local autoparts store. I bought mine for about $3 at kragens. it's in the oil draing plug section bolt pattern m18x1.5

another question is that my cat is 2.5 and my exhaust piping is 2.36 (60mm). What size would i need to connect it up to the 2.36? just another 2.5 end flang or something that fits 2.36? thanks

Take it to your muffler man. And have him hook you up. I had a 5 zigen exhuast on my car before. 2 1/2 inch. I bought a 2 1/2" cat. I took my stock cat and the catco down to the shop and had him match the flanges. Of course I didn't realize that my 5 zigen had a reducer on it so it bolts up correctly to the OE cat. It leaked like a son of a gun until I got a new flange welded on my exhuast, and got rid of the stupid reducer. Make sure your exhaust doesn't have one or you'll have leaks too. Thats pretty much guaranteed. Good luck.
