Default Carsound cat question

I plan on getting a 3" carsound cat here pretty soon when I do my exhaust. My question is, what do you do about the stock O2 sensor when you upgrade to one of these cats?

I'm also gonna add that I've got a P28 ecu and hondata if that means anything.

Since you're Hondata equipped, you don't need the 2nd O2 sensor that is located in the cat. I had SMS Products make me a 2.5" Carsound cat with an O2 sensor hole just so that I could still use the cat with my stock ECU.
