u dont NEED it... but i would reccommend it... ..also depends how much boost 15+ exactly is... 15-16? or 35? u can get away with stock stuff on 15-16

You dont need it but it would certainly help hp numbers and let the engine flow better.

don't do headwork until you really run out of a list of things to do. maybe upgrade your valvetrain with some springs and retainers. get some engine management above all else first.
