Default hp question

I am currently looking into buying a s2k and was wondering how much bolt ons effect the cars hp.

car has high hp from the factory. basic bolts on wont do as much as you would expect.

boost would deffinetly be a must. but all wouldi need to strengthen the motor. like would I need new sleeves?

You don't need to strengthen anything with a stock SC. You might choose to get a reinforced diff and different clutch, but they are not needed. Now if you choose to go with a smaller pulley/more boost, then you will need to upgrade some things.

Thats what i though. Cuz i want to get a decent amount of boost not something weak. Cuz i was thinking that if i was to go boost i would need to get stronger sleeves, pistonds, rods, and all that stuff.

if your going to boost anymore than 8 or 9 psi the stock boost levels, build the motor! other peeps will tell you not to just get it tuned, tuned or not if your running that much boost your motor isnt going to last that long, unless you would like to blow it in time and rebuild since your planning on building it anyway

I was just thinking of getting cams pistons rods sleeves, clutch and fly wheel. What else would you guys recomend if i wanted to boost more than 9 psi?

yes i know it requires alot of cash and time but saying that isnt helping. If im gonna do this project i know im gonna do it right and not be one of those cheap kinda persons and half asses things. I like to take the time to make something
