NO POWER T3 setup 91 Si
i have a 91 Si stock D16A6 (rebuilt less than 15k miles ago), saab t3 (tb0357)internal wastegate 57 trim, 92 Talon side mount intercooler, SSQ Bov, HKS EVC, Apex'i S-AFC, boost meter, a/f meter,
pressure tested system from compressor inlet to throttle body holds 25psi no leaks w/car off. BOV holds fine. drive the car u can hear it spool up and the blow off valve release. but u cannot feel any power and boost guage doesn't go past 2psi. any help, suggestions please. can seem to figure this one out!!?

Maybe your wastegate isn't fully shut and lets exhaust get out, causing it to only spool upto 2psi. That has to be it, check that.

saab t3 turbo buddy... incase you didn't know, internal waste gated. Hence all the talk about the "flap".
Nother for the waste gate flap out of adjustment

I'm surprised nobody caught the fact you're running an electronic boost controller with an internal WG. You need a wastegate with ports on both sides of the diaphragm, and your Saab WG only has one.
Also if all you're using is the Apexi for tuning, I'd suggest you stop right now. W/o even using a wideband o2 sensor to check your air/fuel ratio, you could be going VERY lean, which is an easy way to toast a motor. 2-4 psi can be dealt with using the S-AFC, but beyond that and you have issues running WAY too much timing. If you aren't using good 93 octane gas and whatnot, your motor could be detonating right now, meaning its making LESS power with 4psi than it could be NA.

I'm unsure about the EVC... but the AVCR I had you can setup for internally wastegated setups. It just bleeds like a MBC instead of allowing boost into a 2nd port and equalizing/pressurizing.
