Default No boost

Just got done installing turbo and wired in a wideband sensor with gauge and boost gauge. I have an intercooler, Turbonetics Raptor BOV and Turbonetics Wastegate. I also have an S300 and can watch the MAP.
I started the car and revved it. I can see that the MAP never goes into positive pressure and the boost gauge coincides with my stock MAP sensor. I never go into boost and the BOV opens up and gives a loud woosh when I come off the throttle.
Any thoughts on why im not boosting?

Yes check that you have all your intercooler pipes connected and also that you installed the wastegate seat for your wastegate. It is also called a fire ring.

I have checked the IC piping and I have an Evolution Wastegate, I don't think it has a "fire ring"

You have to have load on the engine in order to go into boost, this wouldn't happen in Neutral, you would actually have to be moving in gear before you hit any positive boost.

Have you tried driving it yet to see if it goes into boost? Or are you just sitting in the driveway reving it up? Most cars WONT build boost just sitting there. You have to put a load on it to build boost.

i would suggest you do not drive it until you are getting tuned. boosting on an untuned setup can be dangerous.

your boost level will be controlled by the wastegate and can be adjusted via boost controller. again i wouldnt mess with it until being tuned.
