Default no boost ?

I have a b16 with a turbo i am usung a dsm bov and a deltagate with a black spring. I have no boost at the intake. I know the turbo is producing boost because i can here the bov working. I did a pressure test and found no leaks between the intake side of the turbo and the bov b4 the tb. (this is with the intake pipe not connected at the tb but capped off with a presure gauge.) when I try to presurize the system 4 leaks with the charge pipe connected I can here a rush of air (inside the throttle body/intake) but i can find no leaks. I am assuming what im hering is the air escaping thru the valves and out the exhaust.

please helped im stumped still no boost ?
