Default Integra type R 488,7whp @ 18-19psi

Setup:
Full-Race stage 2 turbokit
Garret t3-t60-1
Walbro 255lph
Stock ignition
Cp pistons 9:1 81,5bore
eagle rods
stock crank
B16a2(Threw away the p73) Ported head done by us.
Ferrea valvetrain
Own choosen custom spec cams
3" custom sidepipe exhaust
edelbrock intake
stock throttlebody
SAE corrected

We had serveral ignition problems that would not allow us to pass 7500rpm, so we set the dynapac at 7500rpm
the hondata read about 18-19psi.
at 7500rpm it did 488,7whp on pumpgas with the powercurve still rising(torque flattened at about 7300rpm.

I will post up a dynovideo as soon as I have edited it(We havent even been able to post the results at our site as the car is freshly dynoed now.)

Some pictures of the car:

Head

As said proof will be posted asap

I wonder what is up with hondata and the dyno seeing different boost levels. If you made that kind of power on 18psi I would think you did some damn good headwork. 22psi similar setups make close to 500whp on a dynojet.

Stock ignitions do pretty well with factory ecus. Sucks your having issues.

Im pretty happy since it is a stock bore/stroke setup and on pump gas.
The boost cut is set at 19psi. So I assume we have to thrust the hondata values for now.

The dizzy had a rusty shaft and burned rotor, I cleaned the shaft and replaced the rotor, the issue is gone (At the road) maybe we do a re dynoing later this week to get a full pull.

Thats some nice power on pump gas!

What timing are you running at that psi?

The boost was unconsistant on this pull, we used a simple bleedtap to control the boost for simplicity. I guess the curve didnt look that nice with the drop and gain.

a Apexi AVCR will be installed friday, after all this is a auto x car with a badass suspension lol

Sounds sweet, where are you guys from?

You should re-dyno/tune after the AVCR

We did another test at the freeway with the customer.

62-127mph in 5seconds with a passager in 4th gear..
Somtimes the street tyres had problems hooking up in 4th and started to di weelspin in 100mph

The strip would me most certain fun with some good tyres.

i thought i read somewhere that you should ground to the valvecover stud, and not that side bolt.

We did a redynoing with a electronic boost controller and finally we did the high rev meashures.
I was right the head flows well over 9000revs.

In comparison with the old head same setup bottom end only Stock factory ported ITR head the powercurve dropped dead after 8000rpm.
at 8000rpm it did 318whp 0,68bar(10-11psi)

with the new head it did 355,4whp at 8900(Powercurve still rising but we did not want to rev the bottom end eny more)
but the boost was set at suprisingly low 0,5-0,6bar(7-8psi boost)
I was shocked to see the results..
7-8psi run 8900still climbing

We were also able to get boost a bit earlyer by removing the bleed valve in advantage of the electronic unit.

Too bad we could not hold a stable 1,25bar (18psi) pressure, to jump the 500+whp mark the boost was hitting the 19psi limiter if I tried to boost more than 0,9-1bar (13-14,7psi)
so we had to settle with 455,1whp at only 0,9bar(Boost jumping to 1bar and down) 13-14,7psi
And the head held its steam to 8900 without any problems.
(Power curve still rising)

13-14,7psi at 8800 and powercurve still rising(revlimiter is now set at 9000rpm)

Now we have almost 400whp from 5700-9000rpm(Revlimiter)
"Talk about long legs"

"Uploading the dynocharts at the moment"
Here is the curve:
