yes you can run 150 shot on pump gas.

and no a walbro 255lph wont "wear out" over time. it doesnt get slower and die.
you do infact need to run an extra step larger fuel jet (atleast thats what i do) and some other ignition stuff, like colder plugs ect. </TD></TR></TABLE>

a 255 fuel pump is fine,I.m.o take some more timming out,run some zex plugs,race gas,there is no reason you cant run 150 shot on a "stock tune"or a "stock computer"zex is a very nice direct port system despite what you hear.If you r only burning ex.valves then I do not think it is because ther is a lean condition.I.m.o there is a timing issue.
again what people do not understand.when running 1 pump you have to raise your fp to get your nitrous/fuel ratio's.....you are killing your motor simply put.if you are doing a direct port you need a 2nd pump....or you can run your 1 pump and watch me BLOW your doors off and i have the same thing you got,except the extra pump.you'll see what i mean once you do it.
