Default newbee needs a turbo

hi all im nick from the uk first of all good work on the forums its real good. i have a 1993 civic that has a d15 engien in it and i would like to turbo convert it but the problem is that there is not alot of help here in the uk with this and i cant find a turbo kit at all.wen i search the net i find loads of tuebo kits in the us ie ebay , tuning companys ect. wot i need to know is this the way foward or do you guys kind of convert them your selfs??

also im not going for mega power (looking at 225-275) but if i got a set up on my car wot would i do about the fule can the ecu handel it or do i need a replasement ecu??
