New to the turbo world. Need help with a custom kit.
I recently finished building up my motor for a turbo kit. I have a 97 ITR with a GE sleeved block(stock bore), Crower rods, arias 9.1 pistons, mild head work, 3"exhaust, and Hondata 4b. I currently have a JRSC, so I guess I will need an intake manifold, exhaust manifold, turbo, DP, BOV, and intercooler/piping. I am hoping for 350hp at the wheels for the street, maybe a little more for the track. But, I want to be able to retain AC. What parts would you recommend? Thanks.

I'm shooting for 350-400 whp (after engine work ) , with a/c and this is my setup for now:
Inlinepro turbo manifold a/c compatible- contact arturbo or b18bturbo
Precision SC34 turbo- contact arturbo or b18bturbo
B18bturbo (viren) 3" A/C compatible downpipe

Wow, sounds like you are pretty far ahead of the game. Flip has it down for the A/C friendly stuff.
As for BOV their are TONS of choices, with a lot of them being good consistant performers, both in the quiet category and the loud category. Do you want more of a sleeper or do you want to go with something loud that shows off?
Intercooler piping is easy. You can go with a custom kit, probably cost anywhere from $175 - $250, or you can look around for Drag piping for your application, http://www.ks-motorsports.com has Drag Piping I believe for your app for $475.

I want A BOV that you can hear, and will be alright with 1bar for the street, but not too loud like the RFL, which I have on my MR2. I keep hearing about the Inline Pro and Max Rev manifolds. I guess one of the two will do. What about intercoolers. I see quite a few from the RH and Drag kits in the classifieds for good prices. How do those hold up performance wise. I want good quality stuff, but I can get a good deal, I down with that. I still nedd to choose a turbo.

Re: New to the turbo world. Need help with a custom kit. (ITR9788)
so 1 bar for street and i'm guessing more for the track right? I would have said to go with a greddy ic kit to make this easier but i was told they would only be good for <15psi. I'd go for a custom ic setup, something like a PWR, Spearco or precision intercooler and use custom piping. As for BOV, i think any of the greddy's, tial, blitz and hks sound good, and will hold the boost. For turbo mani's inlinepro, revhard, and maxrev are good. I chose inlinepro because its stainless and has a lifetime warranty. Another option would be a manifold from Tinker219, he may be able to convert his lovfab mani for a/c use.
check out this precision ic...really nice quality and THICK (pics from 01ITR#700)

Re: New to the turbo world. Need help with a custom kit. (ITR9788)
Intake Manifold - OEM Type R or JG
Exhaust Manifold - Inline Pro or Rev Hard Cast (Email Arturbo)
Turbo - Precision SC34 .60/.63 (PM Arturbo or MotorMatrix.com)
BOV - Your Choice, I recommend the Tial 50mm BOV
Wastegate - Tial 38mm
Downpipe - LoveFab (pm, Tinker209)
Intercooler piping - Either Custom: http://www.jgstools.com/turbo/uicp.html
Intercooler piping - or Rev Hard http://www.afterhourzracing.co...d=135
Intercooler - PWR 30x8x3.5 (PM earl)
I'd also recommend a couple slim-line pusher fans... You're going to need all the room you can get.
