Default n00b questions...can someone clairify?

hi, i'm working on a custom turbo kit for my B18B integra. so far i have a bare LS block that's being sent out for machine work so i can fit forged pistons and rods. because i'm spending so much on rebuilding the motor i have to build my turbo kit on a budget.

a friend of mine has a twin turbo RX7, one of the turbo's is shot and he said that i can get the other turbo. my question is, can i use the RX7 turbo with a manifold that has a custom flange to bolt up to the mazda turbo? also, is there a company that i can buy just a manifold with this flange? reason being is because every shop around my area won't build me just a manifold, they want to do the whole kit, or, charge me out the ***. can i make this RX7 turbo work? thanks in advance.

Just how much is your budget? Browse on ebay, you can find very good deals on turbos and manifolds (try to stay away from ssautochrome stuff).

I'm not familiar with the RX7 turbo, but as long as it's sized correctly for good spool or power on your engine then any turbo will work. Talk to full-race, Love-fab, or Neukin and see if they can't fit another flange on their manifolds. Go to junkyards as well for turbos. I'd say if you're building the block do it right and get quality stuff the first time like a big IC or large DP and exhaust.
