Default new turbo set up help

so my motor went out(b18c1), and now im trying to decide some more things to do with the motor. i am thinking of going with an 81.5mm bore, about 9:1 compression, all forged bottom end, with water/methanol injection and running about 10lbs. is 82mm leave the cylinder walls to thin for boost. i would eventually like to get it close to 20lbs on 110 and water/meth injection for the track only, and still have it daily driveable on 7-10lbs for the street. imput on bore size etc etc

You've really made a tall order for yourself fhere. You can contact me about this if you'd like, but really this description is very broad. You don't want to go with simply Boost pressure to determine an actual amount of horsepower. No matter how you slice it, you need to have a horsepower goal, HOW you want the response, and what your budget is....
