Default New Turbo - Bent Gasket. ?

Just received my turbo from UPS, and the gasket kit was packed under the turbo. During shipment, the turbo sunk into the foam packing, and bent the gasket the long way in about a thirty degree angle.

I bent it back flat, but there's still a ridge and a small "v" bend on each side.

Okay to use this gasket or should I contact the seller for a new one?

Got it. If it leaks, it's your fault. J/K. I figured as much, but wanted to be sure.
