Default New Setup, missing some power. HELP!

My friend and I got our cars tuned yesterday.

His list is as follows... both the tuner and him thought it should bring more power.

b16a2 - pretty fresh
revhard stage 2 kit (t3/04, sparco intercooler)
440 cc injectors
hondata stage 2
victor x manifold
greddy type s BOV
tial 38mm.
2.5 inch downpipe
2 inch charge piping.

he came up with 241 at 13psi. anyone got some ideas on where the power may be coming up short. We were leaning torwards couplers and clamps

thanks in advance for the help.

what size turbo? 57trim? 60trim?

Stock block? if not what CR pistons?

I would not push that motor too hard on those puny injectors.

cam timing / valve adjustment / actual timing... it can be anything -- but I'm a D guy, so who knows.
