as far as the turbo kit is concerned i dont think it would be albe to make that much power efficently. The wastegate is too small for that much power go with a 44mm
a cast manifold might make and take that mugh power however a ram horn tubular manifold would make more efficent power
intercooler might be able to take the power however a good quality intercooler will charge and cool that much PSI faster and more efficent
basicly it is all about how efficent your turbo setup is, it really doenst matter that much about the block or head however more headflow is always a good thing when you are trying to push more air through a motor.

Turbo gear
Meutek cast mani
t3t04e 57 trim .63 ar
2.5" charge piping
SSAC Precision 350 knock off intercooler
Tial 38mm WG
SSQV BOV
3" dp
3" DMH cutout (running stock exhaust when closed)

My car made 485whp @ 22lbs on the same turbo. I had a revhard kit with a sc-61 e-cover. I also went 10.9 @ 130. With a different manifold and 28lbs, the car went 10.4 @ 141mph. This is on a 83mm gsr motor

The manifold is going to hold you back , but I ran one last year and made 425 whp on 12psi on a 81.5mm bore , and the power band was awsome , total made 605whp on 28psi on c-12 with a nice curve Iam almost thinking of selling my T3/T67 and running the sc61 again , also mine had the S housing upgrade ,

ram horn is definitly the way to go , it should be able to gain you more power over cast and also will have a wide range of power options depending on the quality

44mm will definitly be needed that is way too small, i run 40mm and wouldnt think of running anything smaller than 40 with higher psi

if you guys scroll down in his setup list, there is the new setup which includes an SLS ramhorn rather than the cast manifold. The SLS ramhorns are really nice...i've seen them in person and i think it would make a great selection for your setup.

The SC6176 would be perfect for your setup. You wouldnt sacrifice spool time, but it will carry you through the top end....
