Break it in on the dyno with boost. That is what i've done for both of my motors.

what if your piston is 9.8.1 comp....can you still run with stock ecu untill motor break it.........would that throw the stock ecu off............
Na dont do it! Too risky, your pistons might scrape your sleeves like in those pictures
The most i would do is drive it no more than 15min to the dyno to tune it and break it in there.

i mean just use stock injector stock everything no turbo watsoever............just like the car is stock....will that be ok....or do i still need to tune becuz of the diff..in compression...
so its a must tune motor..if piston is change...can't use stock ecu to break motor in then..........how do ppl with like 9.0.1 compression..break in there motor.......
on my piston and rod gsr, i have 9.5:1 cp pistons, i started it up in garage to check for leaks and then i rented a uhaul car dolly for $50 and towed my car to tuner, these motors cost too much to risk anything
and we broke it in with boost

That's what I'm doing. I agree with you 100%. Why take the risk?

heard your built sleeved motor pulled a amazing 250 less horsepower
.....dang all that for so little horsey......its your turbo that is holding you back especially your setup. Even your boy with the LS ebay turbo pulled that on all stock. but living in cali with all their carb bullshit is wack, i should run low 12's when im done with mine.
