Re: New H22 Dyno numbers (Redrover)
when is ur VTEC coming on? 5200?
if ur dump tube piping routed under the car? its hard to tell from that pic, but it looks like its pointing straight towards the turbo inlet

ya that pic was taken before i had the dump tube re-routed...it now exits under the car.
Vtec is set at 5250

The tuner e-mailed it to me in .pdf format...print screen... paste to MS paint...done
I have better things to do with my time then fabricate dyno charts, if thats what your trying to say.

I know he played around alot with the VTEC and thats the best power curve he came up with...I'll ask him when I go back for my race gas tune if he tried puting it that low.

I tuned a very similar setup to what you have not too long ago and vtec transitioned nice right around the low 4000's. Id def say lower it. That graph does look weird. Were the lines just hard to see so the tuner traced them or something? Must be hard to see small changes while tuning if the dyno graphs look like that

Just so you can guage where you are at with similar setups:
I've seen a similar setup, same manifold, bigger injectors, except with a t3/t4 .57 trim on 15lbs make 360whp and 325lbs of torque.
What did you do about the butterflies on the intake manifold?

Would this affect overall horse power numbers? or just clean up the powerband?

ACCORD LOVE SON!!!!
Its all stock sir... I swear... Just a header, intake, and some M&H 235/60 15s.... on hubcaps!!!
LOL
637WHP CD5 here too, but it weighs 3200 with my fat *** in it and 1/2 tank of gas... You sure your coupe weighs 3200???
Heres an older dyno of my pile at 23 PSI...
Note VTEC hitting at 3500... REALLY helped the turbo spool and smooth out the powerband up around 5250 (where you have that big *** dip). I have the load dependancy deal setup in crome so that im not in VTEC cruising on the freeway though...
The two runs were back to back taking the K&N filter off on the 611.xx pull... Boost was dropping 2 PSI up top above 7250ish due to a faulty controller. Fixed that issue and it made 637 WHP... 460 TQ at 26 PSI
Id try lowering VTEC...
