the two things you are referring to are coolant passages the gt series turbo come ball bearing. so its oil cooled and coolant cooled as well you dont half to run the coolant lines, but if it where mine i would.
and the oil drain is opposite of the oil feed. good luck

ughhh I think the first one is the drain, second is the feed, and the other two are for the water feed and return
I thought all the "gt" turbos were oil and water cooled???
In the second one that I think that valve is a built in oil restrictor

RUN THE WATER LINES, Please.....
You'll need 2 14mm 1/4NPT banjos to fit for the water lines, you can use barbed fittings for rubber water lines or the standard 1/4NPT for the stainless lines. You'll also need a .035" restrictor for a -3AN feed line that you plan to use. You'll need a
a different drain flange (GT25/GT30/GT35R), the drain flange gasket, and a -8AN line for the drain. That is the most common combination of fittings needed on a GT3076R, GT3071R, GT2871R, GT28RS, GT35R, GT3037, or GT2540R. Once you get past the mid-framed units, like GT40R, those sizes change.

Re: (hitatree.at125mph)
dude do a search for that stuff, theres lots of guys wondering.
FYI i heard the best place to tap, or atleast the easiest place to tap, is the outside of the thermostat housing. there is also another spot on the side of the block, but requires a good idea of what you're doing
As for a fitting? take the turbo into any hydrolic shop, tell them what you need, measure your line to the side of your block, and you're finished in about 5 mins
good luck (write down which holes are for what )
