I got the setup your talking of.

3 inch mandrel , 18" resonator, plus the same muffler.

Let me say, its DAMN QUIET!!! parked next to the EVO8 or STi, their **** is LOUDER!!!

Only loud thing in my car, is the open wastegate dump, route that back your exhaust, and you will sound like a porshe. No Joke. (compared to friends porshe) Turbo will sound nice!

Its nice, go for it!

I have a 2.5 inch downpipe 2.5-3 inch test pipe and 3 inch Thermal and my exhaust is very quiet except for the w/g opening up... If I route the w/g into the down pipe, my friends jrsc gsr with a Greddy Evo would be louder.

Will the dupmtube back in the exhaust cuase the power level to go down. I have heard that putting the dumptube back in the exhaust causes a power loss can anyone confirm or deny?

Sorry not to sound like a tarb but what are you saying? Are you saying that there is not a power loss if I place this off the wastegate into my three inch exhuast before the resenator?

the loss would be minimal, not really worth worrying about on a street car.

How would throwing a hi flow cat in the mix with the above mentioned exhaust setup affect the loudness/sound?

That magnflow muffler is pretty hot IMO
