well, small is in the eye of the beholder
for a daily driven city car it would be amazing, boost all the time. but on the top end its gonna really suck

The T25 is a good quick spooling turbo, but for a high reeving Honda, no go. Look for a T-3 Or maybe the the T-3/T-4. The T25 also are very known for not lasting that long. Another good turbo for quick spool would be a T28.
You cant trim the boost. The turbo is little and ut just don't hold up in high RPM.
Edit: That looks like a T-3 to me. On the T-25 the inlet for the intercooler pipping turners at the end, just like the T-28. So I am going to say that is a T-3. It will also say TDO5 or TDO4 on it, this means it is a T-25 or 14B. I was a big mitsu guy and this comes stock in the 98 GST/GSX. The T-25 also has a round hole not a square one, exhaust side going into the manifold.

Actually I believe that is a GT28R in an older style housing that doesn't use the 2 bolt inlet. If you could please give me the numbers on the namplate on the center of the cartridge I can confirm this for you. Check the water ports that have the screws in them. TAKE THOSE OUT when/if you run this turbo so you can attach the water lines to it. That is a T2 flanged setup that can use a GREDDY or HKS log style manifold. It can work really well if the goal is right, but we'll need to you type in that namebadge number so I can check the S/N.
