Default Need some toque number

Hey guys i just got my sleeved block and head....now everythign is toqrued and everythgin but i wana do a torque check around the block...now since the bottom end is there and the head is attached on the block...here are places i want the torque reading :

1- Crank Mains (their stock)
2- rod bolts (Manely turbo tuff rods)
3- head studs (they are either ARP or AEBS)

now i do have a Helms manual but i beelive thats for OEM parts but the rod bolts and head studs are not stock, so what should tehir torque be at? i do have a craftman torque wrench!

the amount of torque required varies with manufacturers rating for type of lubricant used. could be as much as 15lbs between head torqued with 10w30 or ARP assembly lube for example.
