Default torque numbers

i cant remember whats the torque numbers are for this couple of parts

the motor is a b18b

rod end caps (eagle h-beams with arp rod bolts)
cams caps
head bolts with arp head studs


ive been looin through my book but havnt had any luck yet.

found some numbers tell me if they sound right.

camshaft caps - 7 ft lbs
cylinder head - 63 ft lbs
connecting rods - 25 ft lbs

According to the manual, looks like 7.2 lb-ft for the cam caps and 63 lb-ft for the stock head bolts.

So are you running a combination of head studs and head bolts or did you mistype? The head studs should come with installation instructions and appropriate torque values.

For the rod bolts, you should try to use a rod bolt stretch gauge tool instead of using a torque wrench. The rod bolts should come with a sheet telling you torque/ rod bolt stretch measurements specific to the ARP hardware.
