Default Need Some help choosing Turbo parts....

Well i have a 91 si and i am putting a 2001 LS motor in it and then gonna boost it.. It will be a completely stock bottom end, as for the top end i will most likly do the crower 402t cams, crower valvesprings and retainers and the JG intake manifold.... Here is my choices i rounded up in parts..... My goals is to run about 6-10psi and make around 200-250Whp.....

-Manifolds-
1.) Rev Hard Cast Manifold
2.) SFP Equal Lenth jet coated outter and bead blasted inside manifold
3.) InLinePro Cast Manifold

-Turbos-
1.) Garrett 60-1/T3
2.) Garrett T3/T04e
3.) Garrett T3/Super60
4.) Garrett T04e

The selection i posted above with would you highly recomend for my application? Also i need some help on Fuel Management such as injector sizes, standalones ect... ect....

How much are you willing to spend? I'd say go for the inline pro mani, t3/t4e, hondata or aem ems, dsm 450's or rc 440's....

If you are only shooting for 200-250 whp, then I would suggest going with a straight T3. It can esily support the power you want to produce. You can get a Revhard tubular manifold made with no port for an external wastegate.

i heard that strait T3 turbos will kill any and all top end ??? i want a constant pull... i was told the T3/t04e will make full boost at about 3500Rpm... i am going to be uppering my Redline to about 7500Rpm so if the turbo gets full boost at about 3500 and has a constant pull to 7500 i would be happy, thats what i am looking for. I dont want full boost at like 2000Rpm and have it die off around 5500~ ...

A T3/T04E may be over kill for the amount of power you are planning to make. Unless, you plan on upgrading later on. A Staight T3 .48 A/R Stage I & .60 A/R Super 60 can easily support the power you desire, while still maintaining great spool and good top end. A T3/T04E .48 A/R Stage III & .60 A/R 57 Trim will support a little more power and have more top end, but it will be a little laggier. You will also need to run an external wastegate with a T3/T04E.
