Default Need to know everything for turbo d15

Im gonna be real bored this summer and I need something to do...so, I have been reading a few articles and seen a few cars, mainly CRX's with D15's and a 14b turbo. I have a rough idea as to what parts I need but I need to know if I will be able to do this. I have a high Mileage 90 CRx DX which runs good, no oil burning.
I am not willing to spend much, so what I need to know is 1. every single part I need for this to be complete 2. will my engine be alright if I dont boost it too much? 3. What kind of Numbers would I have and is it worth it? any info would help.
thanx

how much do you have to spend?
can you weld?

junkyard turbo $100

you can use a stock manifold for your turbo mani.

get DIY pipes

a starion IC

AFC + 450's +resistor pak $300

that alone will let you run about 8psi and have close to 200 WHP

that's not bad for $1000 bux. if you can do things by yourself that is
