Default need high pressure?

do I need to run a high pressure walbro when using an FMU? because I will be running the fmu until I get management then I won't need high pressure. I don't want to buy a HP and then get a high flow down the road. will I be able to use the high flow while I use the fmu? or HP with say Hondata?
