hey guys its been a while since i last posted...anyways I'm not sure if this is the right place to post my question but here it goes. Recently my car got broken into and they stole some important stuff. Mainly my hondata s200 w/ boost option and my obd1 p72 ecu. My question is that since my car is boosting, can I run a stock obd1 or obd2 ecu for a while till I find a replacement? will it be safe? BTW i have a 99 gsr if that helps.....Also I could use some advice...like should I just upgrade to a hondata s300? I know this might seem to be a stupid question but I'm a noob at this so plz no flaming...thx again!

 

just drive it normal, if you arent running a map check valve the car will yell at you when you get into boost, so just be easy and yes you can drive it. gm 3 bar? if so you may have to swap it back to the stock map.

 

thx for the reply...btw im boosting at 10 psi w/ stock map sensor....so it should be ok? just drive like my grandma? hahah
