Default Need Help Overheating Ls Vtec Turbo

I have searched a lot and tried a bunch of fixes but still having somewhat of a problem. First i was overheating to 260 degrees and i got a new radiator (just an oem one) and now i run at 210 degrees around town. When i get on the highway at around 80mph and get into boost the temperature slowly steadily rises to 220-230 degrees. I have no leaks of coolant dripping anywhere, i have a mishmoto thermostat, my fan is on all the time, i just replaced my headgasket (but i do have blow by from the piston to wall clearance being a little too big), i got all the air out of the coolant i think. Also the motor takes hours to cool down and seems to heat up too quick, like i get up to 180 degrees in less then 3 minutes. Any help would be much appriciated, thanks

No wrap + ebay fan = overheat in 90% of cases.

You probably have no fan shroud either, which cuts cooling capacity of the rad by a thrid. If its an ebay fan, not a name-brand like SPAL, it's real flow rating is probably half of what they told you.

and if its breaking up then you should be letting out o it, is the car tuned?

sounds like a combination of really high underhood temps with por air flow and shitty fan plus running lean will really heat things up quick and kil that motor

I love it how quickly people reply and hammer ebay stuff.

It is all the same shyht!

I buy stuff all the time, I even got a EBAY alum rad and fan, works fine!
