i have a b18a1 block with srp pistons i just tore the motor down and everything looked great the only question i have is there is a noticable gab between the piston and wall as far as i know the block was never bored out is this normal ??? the pistons due move in the sleeve should i be worried>>>motor never smoked ran great on boost any input would be great thanks

 

the piston will rock slightly in the bore, you should be able to move it with a slight push of the finger.

 

thanks so it should be fine to rering and bearing then? i just got a lil concerned didnt want any problems after the build
