Default Need help again with JRSC Install

On a 1998 GSR without an oil cooler.
In the oil separator box, there is a pcv connected to it. Where does the other end of this hose connect to?

On the water pipe that runs along the head, there is a coolant hose that was originally connected to the intake manifold. Is this to be capped off?

Also, according to the instructions 2 fittings are suppose to be capped or plugged. Is this the water pipe coolant line (above) and the other is on the throttle body?

I believe one of the lines that is capped is the hose coming from the FITV (on the bottom of the TB) to the intake manifold, since there is no spot for it on the JR manifold.

PCV connection on my '97 goes to a T-fitting between the Vapor Canister and the barb fitting on the bottom of the supercharger. I'm not sure if the Purge Cut Solenoid was between the T-fitting and the Vapor Canister but I'm definite that the PCV goes directly to the T-fitting.
