Hm.....well you need to tell us a little more. I cannot spot an FMU setup in there, but maybe its hidden. What fuel setup? You could be losing a power at VTEC if you have not tuned it because you will be running rich since the ecu adds more fuel along with the FMU. Check for boost leaks and vacume leaks. Try messing with the settings on the VAFC.

Also, I didnt know that Tial made a WG spring for 4.5 psi. I believe you are running the .45bar spring which is the smallest they make, which translates to 6.52 psi.

That stock exhaust is not helping either, you are choking the **** out of your engine and its not happy. I suggest you take it for a spin around teh block open downpipe at least once

Boost does make the car quieter..

second, I think you are running lean after vtec....what is your complete setup?

yes i do have FMU in it !! just hidden it came with drag kit which is 12:1 i think, and it's .45bar = 4.5psi ? not too sure about it but in full boost my gauge only reads 5psi.

just drag kit with vafc for now. thinking of getting e-manager, with larger injextor but people are telling if i stay at this 5psi boost i wont need one

.45bar spring is 6.52psi
