!!! NEED D series help! T3 wastegate actuator wont clear A/C bracket and block.
Damn, i just fit up my log style manifold and my T3 (.60/.48) and the damn wastegate wont clear the A/C bracket or the block(if the AC bracket were removed.
WHAT THE HELL DO I DO? I need this done by monday hopefully!. Also, which way does the compressor housing sit? I was trying to fit it up with the compressor housing on the driver's side and the exhaust on the passenger side, should I turn the thing around?? I could but it hits the other side too (not as bad though.)
****
Thanks for the replies

Sounds like your in for a wastegate spring set-up or get ready for a external wastegate deal..
Can you rotate the housings ? If so you maybe able to swing the bigger part of the wastegate out, and use a wastegate arm adaptor ( home made of course )..
Prob. not going to get any really good reponses without pics ( which I can relate, I don't have a digital camera ).
