Default necessary vaccuum lines

how many vaccuum lines would i need for a custom turbo setup? and which locations would they go to? or any sites that would explain this would be appreciated.

Default Re: necessary vaccuum lines (cyan1de)

Vacuum lines are not necessary. On my turbo, I only used 2 vacuum lines (boost gauge and BOV), none of which were ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. I have the Greddy kit on my D16. They are both T'd into the same line, my fuel pressure regulator. But if you're going custom, it really depends. You'd probably have to have one line for BOV, Boost gauge, and probably a line for a boost dependent fuel pressure regulator. I use the Greddy blue box which takes care of my fuel. It all depends though.
