Default n00bie turbo questions

Hey im trying to put a turbo kit together for my 91 integra and I just had a few questions. First off, I was planning on doing rods and pistons, but i was wondering if this would be pointless because i dont plan on resleeving the block. 2nd, My power goal is 250ish whp at around 9-10 psi, and i want to use a water+oil cooled turbo because its going to be a daily driver (for the summer), but im having trouble finding a turbo. I was looking at garrett t3/t4 and t3/t04e but but im not sure about the trim size and a/r that i should get to achieve my goal.
any help would be appreciated, and i have been searching on a few sites but i havent found exactly what im looking for.
thanks
`al

Well, you are going to get a lot of search button comments but i'll try and help you out. Rods and pistons would be a good idea andyou don't need to worry about resleeving the block. You only need to do that wiht the h-series because that were made of a metal that would get f-ed up byt the forged internals. depending on the size of the turbo you go with, 250 hp should be very easily attainable with 9-10 psi out of a b18a. You could use a fairly small turbo and get away with that and still have a pretty low spool time. But really, you will be able to find a lot if you just search.

I am running stock sleeves with rods and pistons, and my 2300 pound EG just went 11.6 @ 130 MPH. The stock sleeves are very strong, much stronger than most give them credit for.

One hint of detonation at higher HP levels and they will blow though. As long as you don't detonate AT ALL this is very true
