Like the subject says. I have a 97 (95 jdm gsr motor)itr tranny, toda fly, and exedy clutch. The tranny does not have the 4.75 fd(4.44 i think), but 2nd and 3rd are a little shorter than the gsr tranny. From what ive been reading about boost, you want the long gears so u can stay in boost longer. Will the itr tranny and light fly do more harm than good. What will the negatives be?

You don't need longer gears. You need a tranny that matches your torque curve.
The Todas might help spool up. I'm not sure at the top end.

I never though of that. The lighter flywheel helps the enginr rev quicker, whick will help spool up. Good thinking. Anybody know about top end?
