Is my oil return okay?
I tried to keep with the theory that no part down the line should be higher than any part before it. It looks like it'll drain but a slow rate. Last thing I want to do is blow the seals on a new turbo letting stagnant oil sit around in there.
Here's a pic:
I pulled the line to see if oil was draining, and very little came out - I don't actually know how much is supposed to come out but it did drain some. The fitting on the oil pan is all the way to the driver's side, I tried to keep the hose as far away from the downpipe as I could.
Oh yeah, thanks to everyone who helped me out with the turbo fitment post - I had to remove the A/C line and modify the FAL fans to get it to fit (no cutting though). I'll post pics eventually when everything is finalized.

Looks okay, but you could have angled the pan fitting upwards instead of downwards.

How high up in the pan is return? if it is too low on the pan then the oil will back up and not drain. (Basically if it below the level of oil in the pan)

Re: Is my oil return okay? (reXem)
It's all the way to the top of the pan, but also all the way to the driver's side. On that side of the pan it's like stepped up so it would be just above the level of oil when the car is off. When the car is running I assume the oil level in the pan would go down and it wouldn't be sitting in the oil. Then again the oil has to be level throughout the pan so if the fitting is at the top of the middle or the top of the side, it should still be above the oil I'm guessing. The thing is I had the pan filled and capped off before I connected the oil return, and when I pulled off teh cap a little bit of oil spilled out like the fitting wasn't high enough, but it's as high up as it can go so I'm hoping it drains okay. I'll try and get another shot to show it's position on the pan today.
I also put 4 1/4 quarts because I figure the oil now has to travel through the lines and the turbo so a little extra oil would be needed - right or wrong?

how many liters are in a quart? stock is 3.5L and with my turbo it takes just under 4L, so I think u may have too much. What does your dip stick read?
