Default my messed up air fuel gauge

ok, heres the setup, 99 gsr in a 93 hatch, DRAG gen 3 turbo kit, 310 injectors, 255lph in tank holley pump, holley FPR, and everything else you need to be cautious at 8-9 psi's with. ok so, heres the problem, my autometer af gauge will never go all the way rich at any time even under full throttle, now before you laugh at the gauge, i also have the haltech af meter and it did the same thing. now when i turn my headlights on (acura TL HID's) or when i turn the heat on, the meter lights up like 6 or so led's in the stoich area of the gauge , when i turn them off the 6 or so leds moves towards the rich green colored ones. now i know the car is running rich becasue i get rich looking plugs every time i check them, so whats the deal? I replaced everything from my fuel pump to the battery, to the alternator, the FMU, and even the msd coil i had, im thinking there is a short somewhere because the car never did this, can it be the o2 siensor?? i even replaced the autometer gauge. any recommendations on where to source power and ground for the gauge?? anything would help, because before I go to a stand alone system fuel management system i need to fix this.. also my reverse lights dont work, this all happened at the same time, (i changed the revers sender on the tranny, changed the fuses and the bulbs too) i dont know help me out please before i get a new shell
thanks
Dave
