everything I have ever read about a BOV says to adjust it so you do not feel any air coming from it at idle. I could be wrong though

yeah the shop i work for wants me to do jdm front end but thats like 2000 dollars i can spend elsewhere on the motor to make it faster. All money for speed not looks ne more.

yeah my instructions said closed at idle
