Default MSD Inline and Walbro intank use both?

Background: Almost finished with turbo lsvtec build up and have fuel system questions. The motor will be fully built @9:1 compression and a t3/to4e turbo. I'm planning on 350 to 400whp for the track and I was wondering about my fuel system. I have hondata 2b and I plan on running 720 cc injectors when I'm turbo.

Question: I have a walbro 255lph intank pump and a MSD inline pump both not installed yet and I am wondering if I need to use both and if these fuel pumps will support my fuel needs for the power I want to make.
