motorola 2.5bar map sensor, just a quick question
well im gonna be running 14psi max, for my current. do you guys think that running a 2.5 motorola map is too big for my application, i heard that some of the sensors get less accurate for tuning at they go up in pressure rating.
any imput on which map sensor i should go with:
motorolla 2.5, gm 2bar, gm 3bar???
thanks

The 2.5bar seems to be very accurate. I've had 0 issues with mine.
Oh.. and it cost like 18bucks + shipping

I in NO WAY am an expert on this subject and I don't claim to be........... My little disclaimer.
My tuner REFUSES to use anything aside from a Motorolla 2.5 unless you are using an AEM or some other 3+bar. He told me that tuning a car with a GM three bar is kick *** for WOT setting and such but the idle quality is kinda crappy with Crome and can cause a nice surge due to the resolution in vacuum.
I use a Motorolla because that is what he prefers to tune with. Use whatever your tuner likes, if he is happy, then you are happy
Other than that, no not too big at all

I have kits that include the sensor, female wiring connector, wire and instructions on how to hook them up to your Honda.

Oh wow, you sell a harness? What does it look like? Does it also plug into the factory MAP harness?
Oh yeah - Motorola MAP + Uberdata here. No complaints.

I wish there was a female plug for the factory map.
No what I have is a connector that matches up to the pins on the Motorola MAP sensor, the three wires have to be tapped into the stock wiring, but instead of hacking off the old map connector, just tap in and save it, in case you ever need to go back to the stock map.
