after a few years of boosting on stock internals with fmax kit
bye bye motor

was hoping it was my gasket that went out, but no such chance


my compression was
1st cyl 150
2nd cyl 150
3rd cyl 50
4th cyl 150


sux so now im just gonna sell the whole car to a shop here in sa (mostlikely)

 

do you know the source of the lost compression?

 

whats Ben think about you selling the car? why not just do a rebuild?

so what was your fuel setup and how much boost before it blew???

 

Likely blown ringlands...

 

His fuel setup was the 2 lucas injectors and the MF2 that comes with the FMAX kit...13psi.

 

how much are you selling the whole car for?

 

i sold the turbo and gauges
jsut have the car with 3cly motor dead with ground controlls and tokico's left
