Yeah do you have a wideband A/F gauge? I'll bet you unless your old tune was really rich your risking leaning out.
As far as 450dd being insane in lower gears yes it is. But that is why boost solenoids were invented. You can still have 450 in 4th and 5th and make it work with the right suspension setup.
And yes PSI matters, but so does the size of the turbo. If all turbos made the same hp on the same psi why would there be different sizes.
OP what turbo are you planning on using that is efficient at 30psi? Or do you just want to say your running 30psi?

so are you guys saying that 400 hp in a honda is useless in gears 1-3?? Isn't this why they make things like lsd, good tires, etc? to correct these problems? or even after you take all the precautionary steps to help out the traction issues...there are still problems? please elaborate

you're a FWD application with MUCH more power than it is designed for. You're going to have traction issues in a straight line no matter what you do, unless you're strictly a drag strip car.
