Consummate Tuning's Turbo S2000 Hits the Dyno!
So the time has come for the S2000 to hit the rollers again.
It's just your basic daily driven turbo s2000.
Stock head, IM, TB
4088r
1600's
AEM ems
Consummate Tuned
Last years low boost 16.5psi
The car ran a best of 11.45@127 on the 17" street tires.
Now for 2008's progress...
22-24psi
23-26psi with boost fluctuation.
With only a 12psi wastegate spring anything over the 24psi mark became "unstable". So we were stopped there for now.
The car is Daily Driven, upwards of 100miles a day, sometimes more and rarely driven gently! The very conservative tuning has been done to provide as much enjoyment possible!
With this years addition of the bigger fuel pump, and carbonetics twin disc we hope to see some 10's out of it... As well as some more power!

Nice work Jordan!!! How's the block setup holding up?
I look forward to you re-tuning my car this summer
P.S.: I've ridden in this car on "low" boost...WOW.

What type of gas?
Is consumate capable with the AEM EMS?
My turbo s2000 will be back together and Im expecting numbers around the same mark

Man U FTW
Nice power...i love the torque on the 22-24psi run. I'd love to have 400wtq from 6500rpm to nearly 8500
I can't wait for my car to get tuned. I'll be there soon

I'm pretty sure he actually prefers AEM EMS over S300 or Crome Pro, he's really good with all three systems (and others as well).
I think they tuned it on E85, but Jordan would have to confirm.

This was with e85 ethanol.
I actually began tuning ONLY aem equipped cars.
So it's certainly NOT a problem!

Good numbers. I'm really consider letting you tune my semi-build d16 this year. Goal is to hit the 400 HP mark (on E85 of course) or maxing my turbo out. Either one with do.
